StarCenter 2 End of Life scheduled for December 1st, 2023

As of December 1, 2023, SC2 (StarCenter 2) will be discontinued and no longer available.

Our more advanced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution called Sangoma CX will take over as the replacement. This change will bring greater efficiency and improved performance to the Contact Center experience.

Sangoma CX has a user-friendly web interface for agents with various features and can be used by Call Center Agents with only their BV/BV+ Phone Extension. Sangoma CX provides real-time dashboards and reports, and functionalities like:

  • In-Queue callbacks
  • Post-call surveys
  • Skill-Based Routing,
  • IVR automation
  • Attaching data to calls
  • Multichannel support
  • And more

This provides the ability for organizations to become more efficient and evolve their Call Center into a Contact Center.
