There is a new option within Sangoma CX called Server Wait Timeout that controls how long Sangoma CX waits when it is unable to successfully deliver a call to all available agents (either because the agent went unavailable or did not answer the call). Previously, this was the Agent Timeout value which has been moved to it's own value.
