It’s time to upgrade! The StarPhone™ mobile application for iPhone and Android is going End-of-Life on Mar 31, 2022. In its place, we are now offering Sangoma Connect, with an enhanced user experience for you and your customers!

How to switch from StarPhone to Sangoma Connect

Steps to Reset Sangoma Connect

Follow the steps below to reset your Sangoma Connect mobile app. 

1. Open the Sangoma Connect app on your mobile device

2. Click on the gear Screen Shot 2022-01-07 at 5.03.41 PM.png icon in the upper right corner

3. Click “Reset Application” at the bottom of the screen
