Calls to Hawaii and the continental US will not require the extension level to be set to Allow International Rate Calls.
Enter the URL https://portal.star2star.com/ in your web browser. At the login prompt (see example below) enter your email address then click “Forgot my password”. A new password will be sent your email address.
When any User extension details are first added to the Star2Star system, a Welcome email is automatically sent, using the User's email address as entered into the system.
Receptionist Mode: Generally a call will always appear on the first line appearance of a Polycom®, Cisco SPA, Yealink or Snom phone unless the system has been configured to point a DID / Line to a specific line appearance on the phone.
Use the REPORTS menu in the Star2Star Web portal to select CDR's (call detail records) by area code either the Calls From: or To:
