This release involves two changes from the user's perspective when editing phone numbers under contact information:
Calls are recorded locally on the StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN, however, if the archive service is used, recordings are also stored and retrieved from our "Cloud Storage" as needed.
When uploading new MOH files via the Portal On-Hold Options link, the activation of the uploaded files is delayed until 3 am Eastern Time (StarCenter / StarCenter Lite only).
Q: Can the StarCenterLite failover to a ring group consisting of multiple locations? i.e. Could the ring group be configured to inform all locations of a missed answered call?

On August 30th, 2016, Star2Star switched to the following method to determine estimated wait times reported to callers in StarCenter queues. This change was made to provide more accurate wait time estimates to callers.

Your phone can be configured to reflect different CallerID per line appearance. It can also be set to "block" your CallerID. See example below using a 6 line appearance phone where line appearance 5 and 6 are set to block.
