Sangoma Contact Center: How to fix Microphone Permissions Error

If you are receiving this message below it is caused by when you first logged in you may not have given Contact Center access to your microphone. To resolve this issue follow the steps below.

  1. Click the setting icon, which is the 3 dots to the rights of your profile icon.
  1. Select Settings
  1. Select privacy and security in the left navigation panel.
  1. Select Site Settings
  1. Select Microphone
  1. Scroll through the list of URLs until you find a URL and click on the URL that that includes “” in the URL
  1. Under permissions, click on the the options drop down to the right of the Microphone settings.
  1. Select Allow
