How can I determine what calls are being made on my system e.g. long distance calls or local?

Access: Everyone
Supports: Business Voice+
  • Access the Business Voice portal.
  • Select the REPORTS option at the top of the page.
  • Select  the Call Detail Records tab.
  • See example below with search criteria set to search for Call Records between July 17th to July 24th looking for calls made from a specific area code "941"
