Overview
The Inbound Caller ID blocking feature allows Administrators to block individual or groups of numbers from calling one or any of the locations under a customer account. When someone calls from one of the blocked numbers, instead of connecting, they will hear a fast busy for a few seconds and then the call will be terminated.
