Can I get an email notification when I receive a new Star2Star Voice Mail without the .wav attachment?

Access the Star2Star web portal clickhere_7.png Click the Individual Phone Settings link to access settings for the relevant phone. Click the Voicemail link. Set the option "Would you like your voicemail sent to your email/pager/cell phone?" to "Yes". Enter a valid email address in the "Pager/Cell Phone Address:". This will send notification to your email address without the .wav attachment. (see example below).

(Note) Remember to click "Save Changes" followed by "Save Changes to System"
