Voicemail Guide

This guide provides full details on the Star2Star voicemail system, including a voicemail tree showing available options. It also includes detail on storing messages in folders and the Personal Operator feature for callers pressing 0 when listening to an outgoing voicemail message.

This version, revised July 2017 includes editable fields for the voicemail access number and "leave a message" prefix codes, since these will vary from customer to customer.  

Note: The values stored in the document (1000 for voicemail access, 6 for "leave a message") are example values and should be changed for customer systems that use different values.
