Yealink phone(s) - latest firmware update

The recent firmware update on the Yealink T2x range of phones delivers several features as listed below:

  • While making an outbound call, the numbers entered are now displayed in a new split screen on the phone. The lower screen displays the phone directory
  • While parking a call, the park position is now displayed on the screen
  • Mapping of ringtones has changed. (e.g. Ringtone 5 is now Ringtone 1 and Ringtone 1 is now Ringtone 5).
  • Outbound dial assist pulls from dialed numbers (Call History) and local directory. (Note) this feature is currently being confirmed with Yealink.
