Overview
The Appointment History function lists the appointment history for the selected configuration. The following actions can be taken on a selected appointment:
- Send a message to the appointment contact.
- Update the appointment status.
- Edit the appointment details.
- Delete the appointment.
Appointment Actions
① Add an Appointment:
- Click the ( + APPOINTMENT ) button in the top right corner.
- Follow the steps in the Add / Edit Appointment section.
② Communicate / Send a Message:
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the desired appointment and select Communicate.
- Enter the Message and click the ( Send ) button.
③ Update Appointment Status:
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Update Status.
- Select a New Status and click the ( Save ) button.
④ Edit an Appointment:
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Edit.
- Follow the steps in the Appointment User Guide.
⑤ Delete an Appointment:
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Delete.
