Overview
The Appointment Contacts function provides the ability to add, edit, delete, or communicate with the contacts within the Appointment Scheduler.
How to Access the Appointment Scheduler Contacts
- Access the TeamHub apps via app.sangoma.com and select Appointment Scheduler in the left navigation bar.
- The Appointment Scheduler can also be accessed via TeamHub:
- From the TeamHub webpage or TeamHub app, click Home in the left sidebar.
- Click the View Apps button within the Apps gallery section.
- Click the ( OPEN ) button in the Appointment Scheduler section.
- Click Contacts in the left side panel.
- A list of existing Contacts is displayed.
Appointment Contacts Actions
① Add a New Contact
- Click the ( + NEW CONTACT ) button in the top right corner.
- Follow the steps in the Add / Edit Contacts section.
② Appointment History
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the desired contact and select Appointment History.
- A list of the contact’s appointments will be displayed, with the following data:
- Appointment Date and Time.
- Configuration.
- Service.
- Current Status.
③ Communicate
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the desired contact and select Communicate.
- Select the Contact’s email address to send an email or phone number to send a text message.
- Select the configuration that the message is related to.
- Enter the Message and click the ( Send ) button.
④ Edit Contact
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing contact and select Edit.
- Follow the steps in the Add / Edit Contacts section.
⑤ Delete Contact
- Click the Action ( ⋮ ) icon to the right of the existing appointment and select Delete.
Add / Edit Contacts
- Enter the contact's First Name and Last Name.
- Enter the contact’s Phone number and/or Email address. Note: The phone number should only include the phone number digits. (Example 9415551234)
- Click the ( Save ) button.
