What is StarReporter Beta?
The new StarReporter Beta view includes changes to the UI, layout and adds more reporting functionality to the Classic StarReporter.
How can it be turned on?
- Navigating to https://reports.star2star.io from a web browser.
- Login using your Business Voice Credentials
- Toggle the StarReporter Beta switch in the top right corner of the page.
- The page below will be displayed which gives the user access to newer reporting styles and content.
How can it be turned off?
- Toggle the StarReporter Beta switch in the top right corner of the page.
- A a pop-up window will be displayed informing the user that they will be redirected to the Classic StarReporter view.
- Click the OK button.
- The page will reload with the Classic View displayed.
How can a user run reports?
- Selecting the
button to the right of the desired report.
- The report configuration page will be displayed.
Date Range
- Reports can be run by today, yesterday, this month, last month or custom data ranges:
Custom Range
Location
Select all or a Specific location or locations.
TimeZone
Select a time zone to be displayed on the report.
Observe DST
Select Yes or No to observe Daylight Saving Time.
Run Report
To run the report immediately click the 
button.
Schedule the Report
To have it sent on a regular basis:
- Click the
button.
- Enter the required information.
- Click the
button.
