Purpose
This guide provides instructions on how to configure the Business Voice International Dialing Fraud Mitigation Service for a customer’s location.

Process Overview:
- Access the International Dialplan Configuration Page.
- Add Dial Codes.
- Save the location’s International Dialplan.
- Enable International Calling.
- Save Changes to System.
Accessing the International Dialplan Configuration Page:
- Log in to the Business Voice Portal using your Business Voice credentials..
- Navigate to the Configuration page via the menu at the top of the page.
- Search and Select the required location.
- Standard Users
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Select International Dialplan Configuration.
- Aurora Users
- From the Left Side Menu.
- Select System Management.
- Select International Dialplan Configuration.

Click the Enable International Calling button
Adding Standard Dialcodes to the locations Whitelist
- On the right side of the page, is a list of “Available International Dialcodes”.
- Find the dialcode to be added to the locations Whitelist and click the “Enable” button.
- Once enabled, the selected dialcode will be moved from the “Available International Dialcodes” list to the “Location Whitelist”.
- To filter the available Dialcodes, enter a country name or dialcode in the Filter field above the available list.
Creating Custom Dialcodes
- In the filter field above the available list on the right side of the page enter the desired partial dialcode or phone number.
- If the number/dialcode doesn’t exist the entered value will be displayed with the option to enter a custom name for the dialcode.
- Enter the “custom name“ of the dialcode and then click the “Enable“ button to add the custom dialcode to the Location Whitelist.
Removing Dialcodes from the Location WhiteList
- In the Location Whitelist, find the dialcode to be removed.
- Click the “Disable“ button.
- Standard dialcodes will be moved from the “Location Whitelist” to the “Available International Dialcode” list.
- Custom dialcodes will be removed from the Dialplan.
Copy an existing location’s WhiteList to a different location
Notes: A location's Dialplan can only be copied to another location within the same customer. The destination location’s existing Dialplan will be overwritten.
- At the top of the page select the location that has the existing Dialplan that is to be copied.
- In the “Copy whitelist to location” field select the location within the same customer where the Dialplan is to be copied to.
- Once the copy to location has been selected the “Copy Diaplan” button will appear, but will be disabled.
- To Enable the “Copy Dialplan” button the user must:
- Click on the “terms and conditions“ link and read the entire document.
- Click the “I accept all the terms and conditions” checkbox.
- The “Copy Dialplan” button will be enabled.
- Click the “Copy Dialplan” button.
- After the copy has completed a message is displayed confirming the copy was completed,
- Click the “OK” button.
- If the same Dialplan is to be copied to another location, repeat steps 2 through 7.
Saving the location’s International Dialplan
- Once the Location Whitelist has changed the “Save Changes” button will appear above the WhiteList, but will be disabled.
- To Enable the “Save Changes” button do the following:
- Click on the “terms and conditions“ link and read the entire document.
- Click the “I accept all the terms and conditions” checkbox.
- The “Save Changes” button will be enabled.
- Click the “Save Changes” button.
Note: These changes will not take effect until the “Enabling International Calling” and the “Save Changes to System” steps below have been completed.
Saving Changes To Systems:
- Prerequisites:
- Please ensure the location’s WhiteList is complete and has been Saved.
- Please ensure International Calling has been Enabled for the location.
- Click “Save Changes to System”
