With the TeamHub Apps launcher, if you have purchased any of Sangoma’s packaged applications, you can access them right from TeamHub.
Sangoma’s TeamHub Contacts supports both a Company Directory and Personal Contacts. When you click on the contact’s name the contact’s profile is displayed.
TeamHub provides an interface between Sangoma Meet and your calendar. With this feature while you are in TeamHub you can start a new Video meeting using Sangoma meet, see the meetings that are currently scheduled for the week, Join a video meeting, or add a video meeting.
TeamHub provides the ability to make and receive phone calls, without the having to download any other Softphone clients.
TeamHub Chat provides the ability to view and send messages inside Channels, directly to a teammate, or to a group of up to 8 teammates.
This guide is written for those who have Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator-level access to Sangoma Contact Center, as that level is required to access and view the available reports.
