On August 30th, 2016, Star2Star switched to the following method to determine estimated wait times reported to callers in StarCenter2 queues. This change was made to provide more accurate wait time estimates to callers.

StarFax™ Mobile (IOS) allows users to view, receive and send faxes from their mobile devices. Important!: StarFax™ Personal is required for StarFax™ Mobile (IOS).
Your phone can be configured to reflect different CallerID per line appearance. It can also be set to "block" your CallerID. See example below using a 6 line appearance phone where line appearance 5 and 6 are set to block.
Use the REPORTS menu in the Star2Star Web portal to select CDR's (call detail records) by area code either the Calls From: or To:
Technically a remote phone could be set with park buttons however they will not see the "Shared" park appearance from other phones. Only local extensions would see the shared park appearances or presence of other users.
The system automatically deletes messages that are more than 90 days old. However, to keep messages indefinitely, save them in the Archived folder.

There are 2 ways that you can provide access to voicemail remotely. Either by using an option in an Automated Attendant Menu as per the example below which uses “*” to gain voicemail access (see example below).
