If you experience difficulty trying to upload a customers pre-recorded on hold message. Try the following steps:
- Check the bitrate on the file you are attempting to upload. Use MS Explore to view the file attributes.

MOH is shared across the entire system, so if you have targeted messages in your On Hold Messaging there is no way to control who hears what message.
The 4 watt integrated amplifier expects speakers with an impedance of 8 ohms. So if the customer for example has 2 x 4 ohm speakers these will need to be connected in series to get the 8 ohms required for the correct impedance matching.
