Adding a multi-extension device in the portal
To add a multi-extension device (i.e. DECT phone) in the portal:
1. Go to the Star2Star Portal
2. Go to Extensions

To add a multi-extension device (i.e. DECT phone) in the portal:

The Call Recording feature allows Administrators to enable / disable specific extensions that will have their calls recorded. In order to use this feature, the location must have Call Recording enabled by a Sangoma admin.

Your VVX® 300 / 310 / 400 / 410 / 500 /600 screen will now show "real time" presence of local users via the Star2Star Web Portal Individual Phone Settings / Speed Dials page. Ringing extensions are shown with a flashing green LED and a status icon.
Configuring for Local Use
Many of the Business Voice compatible phones have the ability to "Disable Missed Call Log". Visit the Business Voice web portal "Individual Phone Settings" page to select.
DND Disable is supported across the Polycom® range via the Portal/Extensions.
DND can be disabled by clicking the box next to Disable DND in the portal for that extension.
