No, there can be as many inbound and outbound faxes as the client wants. However, they are limited to the use of a single line for both inbound and outbound since it is connected to a physical fax machine.

Q: In Contact Center > Queue Programming > Options, the option for "Queue Ring Time" is a field for seconds. If the customer wants to leave this as unlimited should I clear all contents from the box?
