How can I determine what calls are being made on my system e.g. long distance calls or local?
- Access the Business Voice portal.
- Select the REPORTS option at the top of the page.

To set up / edit a Ring Group:
It is not possible to completely eliminate bursting however the system can be configured to control call delivery. This is accomplished with the use of StarCenter®.

You can change the outbound CallerID for any phone on your system. The CallerID must represent an existing number on any of your locations. Multi line phones can use a different outbound CallerID for each line appearance or set as "Blocked" which displays no CallerID.
We provide 3 options with the Find Me / Follow Me option on your StarSystem® as follows:
Yes = Full advisory message played - "Please hold while the Star2Star system activates find me / follow me to locate your party"
"Call Steal" Feature on StarScope® 2 (Take a call away from an active busy or ringing extension. Operator Mode must be set)
No, there can be as many inbound and outbound faxes as the client wants. However, they are limited to the use of a single line for both inbound and outbound since it is connected to a physical fax machine.
