Impact to users during deployment: If users are logged into the Portal during the upgrade, their session will end, and they will be logged out of the Portal. However the user can immediately log back in, as the upgrade will take less than one minute to complete. Users who are on calls or who are dialing during the upgrade will be unaffected; the users’ calls will continue as normal. If there are any issues with the deployment, we will rollback to the previous version. The rollback process also takes ~1 minute to complete, which further minimizes the potential impact to customers.
