Star2Star Technical Support is receiving reports of park presense issues with Poylcom Phones. Calls are successfully being parked, however, the park keys are not indicating parked calls. We have confirmed that rebooting the phones will resolve the problem. We are currently researching the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
