Star2Star Technical Support is receiving reports of an issue with the Multi-Queue Monitor. There is a delay in agent presence updating. However, calls are being presented. We are currently researching the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. During this time you may experience extended hold times when contacting Technical Support.
