Star2Star Technical Support is experiencing higher than normal call volume do to an issue on the Frontier Network. This widespread issue is affecting their ability to reach some of the larger internet carriers. This is resulting in random issues trying to reach certain internet based services. Star2star services do not appear to be affected by this outage. As more information becomes available, we will provide another update.
Star2Star Core voice services do not appear to be affected by this outage. Although, we are receiving reports of users ability to log into the Application Framework and Portal. We have also received some reports regarding Multi-Q monitor agent status being incorrect. We anticipate these issues to continue intermittently for the next few hours until services are full restored.
Services are starting to restore but please expect intermittent issues with Portal and Application Framework. StarCenter MQM issue should be resolved, so please retest. It does appear this issues was not isolated to Frontier, other major Carriers also saw a spike in reported issues. Please see the below links for more information.
