UPDATE 11:59AM May 18th: The root cause of the issue has been identified and corrected. Multi-Queue Monitor functionality should start returning to normal momentarily. 

Star2Star Technical Support is receiving reports of issues with Multi-Queue Monitor. We are currently researching the issues and will provide an update as soon as possible.  We apologize  for the inconvenience.
