Framework loading issues

Hello, 

A small subset of our customers are reporting issues with Framework loading. The issue has been isolated and can be resolved by clearing the cache on the local machine. Please reference the  article HERE for instructions on this procedure. Sorry for the inconveince.

Clearing Application Framework Cache (Windows)

These steps should assist an end-user with deleting the application framework cache. The end result should resolve issues with application framework not opening or showing specific error messages. 

DISPLAY HIDDEN FILES & FOLDERS

    Click Start button | Control Panel | Appearance and Personalization | Folder Options.

    Click the View tab.

    Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

CLEARING APPLICATION FRAMEWORK CACHE

    Close any running instances of the Application Framework

    Click Start button (Win 7/8). Click Start button | Run (Window XP)

    Type: %appdata% | press enter (should open a new window to <username> -> AppData -> Roaming)

    Double click on the Star2Star folder

    Delete the folder named Cache

    Open the Application Framework

NOTE: Depending on the individual user access rights, the system/network administrator may have to perform this action if you receive an Access Denied message in Step 5.

    Open Finder

    Click "Go"

    Press the option key on the Mac to display the Library option in the list of available option

    Navigate to: ~/Library/Application Support/Star2Star

    Delete the folder named Cache

    Open the Application Framework
