"Drag and Drop" transfer (blind transfer without announcement)

Ensure the StarScope® 2 Setting - EXTENSIONS "Auto Blind Transfer on Drag & Drop" is set on your system. Click the Screen Shot 2014-10-16 at 3.02.02 PM.png icon (top right of screen) to check.  With a call answered on your phone move your mouse up to your extension in the Control Panel. Click and drag the Screen Shot 2014-10-01 at 1.48.41 PM.png icon that appears next to your phone details. Drop it to the extension of your choice to blind transfer the call.
