This article cover both how to reset your password if you forgot your password, and how to change your password.
How to reset my password
- Access the Business Voice Portal by clicking here.
- At the login screen click “Forgot your password”.
- When prompted enter your email address. A new password will be sent to that address. You will be forced to change this password when you first login.

How to change my password
- Access the Business Voice Portal by clicking here.
- Log into the Portal.
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
