Configuring a Polycom® VVX® 300 / VVX® 310

Edited: 07/28/2022
Access: Everyone
Supports: Business Voice, Business Voice+

Configuring for Local Use

If the phone is not registering, you can use this process to reconfigure it for the Star2Star system. However, before going through these steps, make sure that the extension has been entered in to the portal, the MAC address of the particular phone has been entered for the customer by Star2Star and the changes have been saved out to the StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN. If these steps have not been taken, the phone will not be able to register with the local StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN.

***Note: Due to the 5.2 firmware upgrade, the password is now 2580 instead of 456.
