StarContact™ integrates your company’s CRM database with your Star2Star communications services. StarContact™ provides functionality for both inbound and outbound calls. Incoming calls display “screen pops” containing information about the customer, including details on previous calls, interactions, or orders. Agents will know all about the customer and their past interaction before they pick up the call, and they can record notes onto matched CRM records directly within StarContact™. The included management and reporting tools let managers monitor overall and individual employee performance.
