How to switch from StarPhone to Sangoma Connect

Sangoma Connect mobile app is the new application built to replace StarPhone. We have made major improvements to offer better audio quality and a modern user interface for your users to easily adopt this new application and start using it to send and receive calls.

Switching you and your customers over can be accomplished in just two simple steps.

Step 1. For each StarPhone extension you are ready to switch over to Sangoma Connect- simply log into the Portal and change the phones extension type to "Sangoma Connect":

Step 2. The user whose extension was just updated will then get an email invitation which has two links: one to download the app and one to access the app with instant log-in. Please, note that the invitation link will expire within 24 hours and the user should activate their account within that time frame.
