Steps to Reset Sangoma Talk

Follow the steps below to reset your Sangoma Talk mobile app.

1. Open the Sangoma Talk app on your mobile device

2. Click on the gear Missing image link-1 icon in the upper right corner

3. Click “Reset Application” at the bottom of the screen

4. Go to the Sangoma (Star2Star2) Portal

5. Select Individual Phone Settings

6. Click on “Resend Invitation Link”.

7. Alternatively, you can also request a new magic link right within the app. After resetting the app (Step 3), click on Advanced Login and request a new link.

8. Once you receive the requested link, click on the invitation link and sign in to Sangoma Talk again to complete the reset
