Follow the steps below to reset your Sangoma Connect mobile app. Please note that after the reset, the Recording feature will be removed. If you have been participating in our beta program and had access to a beta version, resetting the app will remove the “Recording” feature. This feature will be available in future releases.
1. Open the Sangoma Connect app on your mobile device
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
3. Click “Reset Application” at the bottom of the screen
4. Go to the Star2Star Portal
5. Select Individual Phone Settings
6. Click on “Resend Invitation Link”.
7. Alternatively, you can also request a new magic link right within the app. After resetting the app (Step 3), click on Advanced Login and request a new link.
8. Once you receive the requested link, click on the invitation link and sign in to Sangoma Connect again to complete the reset
