New Year’s Day Phone Presence Issue:
Please be advised that at approximately 7:00pm EST/4:00pm PST on December 31st certain Polycom desktop phone models may experience an extension presence issue. This is due to New Year’s synchronization. In the event your customer experiences any extension presence issues starting with December 31 or after, the following options should be considered as first steps to resolve quickly:
- Reboot the phone by physically power cycling or using the phone menu settings to power cycle.
- Reboot the StarBox if there are several phones at a customer location experiencing the same problem.
