Sangoma Meet V 2.0 Known Issues
- Sangoma Meet does not work well on MacOS Safari. The camera cannot be accessed and opened on Safari and only audio mode can be used.
- Solution: switch to Chrome on Mac, or download Sangoma Meet Desktop App
- Bad audio quality when using my laptop/computer speakers
- Solution: We recommend using a headset with a microphone for best audio performance, both on mobile and desktop/laptop. Make sure you are using a quality headset with a microphone. We recommend using USB (if applicable) or Bluetooth headsets. Computer speakers may generate noise and echo that can be distracting in a large conference with other participants that are also using default computer speakers and mic.
- Blurry Screen Sharing
- Solution: If you are experiencing network issues, we recommend turning off your camera, while sharing your screen. This should improve the quality of your screen sharing to some extend.
- Desktop App update is not working
- Solution: Download the latest version of the app from Sangoma Meet Landing page.
- Quit the Desktop app before installing the new update.
- Once the update is finished and the app is opened up, quit the app (this will restart the app) and open the app again.
- Check the version of the app (it is located under the question mark icon on the left menu) and it should show the latest version number.
