When I click on the StarVideo™ user icon nothing happens. System requests "download latest Flash". What do I do?

My StarVideo™ says download flash? If I look through my programs I see that the latest flash is installed (or I have just updated it). How can I launch StarVideo™?

Sometimes Flash is associated with a specific browser (e.g IE). You will need to install flash for all browser types. To do so follow the steps below. (see screen shot below)
