I Did Not Receive My Star2Star Web Portal Login. What Can I Do?

When any User extension details are first added to the Star2Star system, a Welcome email is automatically sent, using the User's email address as entered into the system. That email contains a Welcome note from Star2Star, the portal login (https://portal.star2star.com) credentials and information guide(s) for the Star2Star phone that has been installed for the User. It is possible that the email may have been intercepted by your email spam filter and placed in your Junk or Spam folder. However, if you cannot locate this email enter your email address and click the Forgot your password? link as shown in the example below.
