You can change the outbound CallerID for any phone on your system. The CallerID must represent an existing number on any of your locations. Multi line phones can use a different outbound CallerID for each line appearance or set as "Blocked" which displays no CallerID.
We provide 3 options with the Find Me / Follow Me option on your StarSystem® as follows:
Yes = Full advisory message played - "Please hold while the Star2Star system activates find me / follow me to locate your party"
The StarBox® Voice Optimized SD-WAN is Star2Star’s network edge device that is installed to provide connectivity, traffic shaping, and localized features for a Star2Star solution.
To add a multi-extension device (i.e. DECT phone) in the portal:
1. Go to the Star2Star Portal
2. Go to Extensions
The Call Recording feature allows Administrators to enable / disable specific extensions that will have their calls recorded. In order to use this feature, the location must have Call Recording enabled by a Sangoma admin.
